GPA’s annual conference has gained a well-earned reputation as THE Premier Event for Grant Professionals. Becky Hardekopf joins ZoomGrants. Becky is part of the Midwestern support team. She hails from Northern Illinois, in the Chicago area.
“We are very excited to add Becky and her more than 12 years of diverse experience in the nonprofit world to our team,” said Geoff Hamilton, President/Founder of ZoomGrants. “She’s a great fit for us to continue to serve our industry at the highest level.”
Becky’s past experience includes writing federal and state grants for regional nonprofits in Central Illinois, as well as, the administration of grants and program management for over eight years with the Grand Victoria Foundation. Most recently, she served as the Chief Relationship Officer with the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois, where she managed the community relations and marketing department. Her duties also included managing the culture of the organization, board governance, building a network of effective relationships and streamlining internal processes.
Her past experience in grant administration and the nonprofit sector brings valuable insight to ZoomGrants, but most importantly her strengths will enhance meeting the needs of the rapidly expanding group of ZoomGrants users.
