The City of Irving has partnered with Catholic Charities of Dallas to administer a program that provides rent assistance to low and moderate income households that have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is restricted to city of Irving Residents ONLY.  Additionally, the program will only help those that have 1) Been affected by COVID-19 and 2) Have household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income as stated in the chart under the "Requirements Tab."

This program will NOT pay hotel/motel stays or provide mortagage assistance.
